This service is a free, play-money casino simulator. No real money changes hands. Chips are virtual, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be revoked or reset at any time at our sole discretion.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• The service is only available in countries we have explicitly enabled.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may only hold one account.

There is no purchase option. Chips cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything of value. Outcomes are generated for entertainment only. This is not a gambling product.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots against the service.
• Exploit bugs in chip balances or game state. Report them to us instead.
• Harass other users or post content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to access another user's account or our internal systems.

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or applicable law. Because chips have no cash value, termination causes no financial loss.

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about uptime, fitness for purpose, or preservation of your account or chips. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to USD $0, reflecting the play-money nature of the product.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
